Notification of the Change of Company Name

We hereby wish to inform you that our company Leading Clinical Research s.r.o., effective from 1.3.2018 is changing its name to GCP-Service International s.r.o.

This change is related to the transfer of a stake in our company to the German company GCP-Service International Ltd. & Co.KG with the address Anne-Conway-Str. 2, 28359 Bremen, Germany registered in the Business register at the District court in Bremen insert HRA 24928 HB which, effective as of 21.2.2018, became the sole member of the company Leading Clinical Research s.r.o.

Please note that in this context, it is not necessary to change existing contracts that have been concluded between you and our company, nor is it necessary to conclude new contracts for this reason. Furthermore, we would also like to point out that the current management of the company remains as is, without change.

We would like to ask you, as of 1.3.2018, to use the new contact details described below, in place of the current contact details, with regards to future communication and invoicing (tax documents):
